






Welcome to 2025 Reggae Splash -Greensboro! Browse through and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. Below is the set up information:
Festival will take place September 6, 2025! Set up day will be September 6, 2025 8:00 AM-11:00 AM Saturday morning. On Saturday you can drive your car up the entry road next to your booth location and unload. After 11:30 am on Saturday you will have to park in the parking lot and walk your booth contents to your booth as cars will not allowed to drive up to vendor lot after Saturday morning at 11:30 am. We ask that the booth is fully set up and ready to go by 11:30 am on Saturday 9/6-event day.
Vendor Information & Application Procedures :
- All applications received by the deadline, August 15, 2025 are reviewed by our team for acceptance/decline.
- The arts and crafts area is limited to just 20 spaces. Food Trucks are limited to 5 spaces.
- Please take your time with your application to give the team the best sense of your work.
- Spaces: Spaces will accommodate a 10 feet x 10 feet booth. If you have an unusual sized tent or booth please indicate its dimensions. Set up is outdoors possibly on grassy, rocky or muddy ground with a possible slight incline.
- Vehicles: Vehicles cannot be parked at your booth during the festival; however, if conditions allow you may drive up to your booth to load/unload.
- What to bring: Bring all your own display materials ( chairs, generators, tents tables, tarps and canopies. Booths are the sole responsibility of the vendor. You must lock up your merchandise at night.
- Grease container is mandatory if you are a food truck!
