About the application
Welcome to 2025 Reggae Splash -Yadkinville! Browse through and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. Below is the set up information:
5 Food Trucks- Vendor Fee $200.000
20 Vendors- Vendor Fee $100.00
Festival will take place September 6, 2025! Set up day will be September 6, 2025 8:00 AM-11:00 AM Saturday morning. On Saturday you can drive your car up the entry road next to your booth location and unload. After 11:30 am on Saturday you will have to park in the parking lot and walk your booth contents to your booth as cars will not allowed to drive up to vendor lot after Saturday morning at 11:30 am. We ask that the booth is fully set up and ready to go by 11:30 am on Saturday 9/6-event day.
Vendor Information & Application Procedures :
- All applications received by the deadline, August 31, 2025 are reviewed by our team for acceptance/decline.
- The arts and crafts area is limited to just 20 spaces. Food Trucks are limited to 5 spaces.
- Please take your time with your application to give the team the best sense of your work.
- Spaces: Spaces will accommodate a 10 feet x 10 feet booth. If you have an unusual sized tent or booth please indicate its dimensions. Set up is outdoors possibly on grassy, rocky or muddy ground with a possible slight incline.
- Vehicles: Vehicles cannot be parked at your booth during the festival; however, if conditions allow you may drive up to your booth to load/unload.
- What to bring: Bring all your own display materials ( chairs, generators, tents tables, tarps and canopies. Booths are the sole responsibility of the vendor. You must lock up your merchandise at night.
- Grease container is mandatory if you are a food truck!
About the event
Terms & Conditions
This is a new process, but it'll make it easier for everyone once we've gone through it! Just fill out the application below, once it's been accepted an electronic invoice will be automatically emailed to you. All you have to do is pay online! In filling out the application the portions with an asterisk must be filled out, the others don't have to be. Any vendors must be approved prior to festival. Please note that FOOD TRUCK VENDOR APPLICATIONS closes August 15, 2025. TENT VENDOR APPLICATIONS closes August 31, 2025. For once spaces are full. To keep the opportunities great, we are only offering the following spaces. All vendors and food types must be different.
