Sponsorship Overview & Event Guidelines Thank you for your interest in sponsoring Poulsbo Pride in the Park. This event is a community-focused, family-friendly celebration centered on inclusion, visibility, and connection. General Information: Sponsorships are open to businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations that align with the mission of supporting an inclusive and respectful environment for all attendees. Booth Space: Sponsorship levels that include vendor space will be provided with designated 10’x10’ booth areas. Sponsors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, and setup materials unless otherwise arranged. Accepted Activities: Sponsors may use their booth space for outreach, engagement, education, and sales (if applicable). All materials and interactions must be appropriate for a family-friendly public event. Event Protocol: All sponsors must follow event guidelines, including respectful conduct, adherence to local regulations, and coordination with event staff. Discriminatory or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Food & Beverage: Distribution of food or beverages must be pre-approved and may require applicable permits in accordance with local health department regulations. Setup & Breakdown: Detailed logistics will be provided prior to the event. Sponsors are expected to complete setup within the designated timeframe before the event opens and remain set up until the event concludes unless otherwise approved.
