Sponsorship Terms & Conditions
By applying and submitting payment, the sponsor agrees to the following terms:
Payment & Confirmation:
Sponsorships are confirmed only upon full payment. All payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the August 1, 2026.
Event Changes/Cancellation:
Poulsbo Pride reserves the right to modify event details, including date, time, and layout as needed. In the event of cancellation, sponsors will be notified and refunds or credits will be issued at the organization’s discretion.
Booth Space & Use:
Booth spaces (including 10’x10’ spaces where applicable) are assigned by organizers. Sponsors must remain within their designated space and may not sublease or share space without prior approval.
Setup & Breakdown Compliance:
Sponsors agree to follow all assigned setup and breakdown times. Early breakdown without approval may impact eligibility for future events.
Conduct & Compliance:
All sponsors must maintain respectful, inclusive, and professional conduct. Any behavior that is discriminatory, unsafe, or disruptive may result in removal from the event without refund.
Permits & Regulations:
Sponsors are responsible for obtaining any required permits, licenses, or insurance related to their booth activities, including food handling if applicable.
Liability:
Poulsbo Pride, event organizers, and affiliated partners are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to sponsor property. Sponsors participate at their own risk.
Marketing & Media Release:
By participating, sponsors grant permission for Poulsbo Pride to use their business name, logo, and event photos/videos for promotional purposes.
Weather:
This is a rain-or-shine event. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions unless the event is canceled
