Booth spaces are 10' x 10'.  Exhibitors must supply their own tents, tables, chairs and signage.  All pop‑up tents must be secured with 40 lbs per leg. Vendors without proper weights will be asked to remove their tents. No exceptions.

Calling All Local Farmers and Agricultural Reserve Growers!

Poolesville Day is proud to introduce a new Agricultural Display celebrating the rich farming heritage of Poolesville and Montgomery County’s Agricultural Reserve. We invite local farmers, producers, and growers to showcase your livestock, crops, products, farm equipment and stories by hosting a booth at this year’s event. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect directly with the community, highlight the vital role agriculture plays in our region, and help educate visitors of all ages about the importance of local farming.

Falcon Lane is reserved for Poolesville area school groups only.   School groups wanting to participate in Poolesville Day at Falcon Lane are required to complete and submit this form.

Join the Crew Behind the Celebration The Poolesville Day Committee has been working for months to bring to life the 2026 Poolesville Day event on September 19, 2026. It promises to be a fun filled day to celebrate of our wonderful town. There is lots to do that day. We hope that you will join the Poolesville Day Committee and volunteer some time to make it a great day for our town and all of the visitors. Sign up to volunteer here. Parade route: Fisher Avenue (starting at Poolesville Elementary School and ending at intersection of Fisher Avenue & Route 109)

 

Parade participants must supply their own items.
