INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS:
As an applicant for the Pig on the Pond, you MUST provide a Certificate of Insurance for your organization to be eligible for consideration to participate in the Event. If you do not provide the proper insurance, you will not be eligible to participate in the Event. All applicants are required to submit a Certificate of Insurance evidencing at least $1,000,000 combined single limit general liability coverage, $2,000,000 general aggregate coverage, and auto liability coverage (when applicable), naming the City of Clermont, Project Scholars, EventFest, Inc., and any and all “Title” and “Presenting” level sponsors as additional insureds. This liability coverage shall cover all activities and/or operations of participant and those they contract with in the Event.
The COI Description of Operations (box at the bottom of your COI) should read:
“City of Clermont, EventFest Inc and Project Scholars are named as Additional Insured with a Waiver of Subrogation under both General Liability and Automobile Liability insurance coverages with respect to liability arising out of any operation of the entrant in connection with the Pig on the Pond Community Festival. The afforded additional insurance shall be primary and non-contributory insurance and any other valid and collectible insurance available to additional insureds shall be in excess insurance.” The certificate holder should be Project Scholars.
IMPORTANT NOTES: If your insurance policy is up for renewal AFTER the deadline of December 5th, 2025, you must send a letter stating when you expect to receive the new certificate. You must send the new certificate immediately upon renewal. Project Scholars and Pig on the Pond Community Festival require that you have insurance. If you do not have it, contact us right away.
PROHIBITED ITEMS:
A list of food and beverage items that our nonprofits are selling will be provided, and these items are not to be sold by other vendors -- including drinks of any kind. Exceptions may apply to specialty beverages, please inquire.
HEALTH DEPARTMENT INSPECTION:
You will be inspected by the Health Department. If you do not have a license from the State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation – Division of Hotels and Restaurants, you will be required to purchase a one-to-three-day license, so please bring a cashier’s check or money order. They do not accept cash or checks.

This application is intended for any music, dance, or other performance group that would like to be apart of Pig on the Pond in Clermont, FL in 2026. The event is March 27-29. The stage is programmed throughout the entire event and we are looking for acts to help engage and entertain the crowd.
