Join us Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 10 AM to 8 PM at historic Seville Square, shaded by iconic oak trees and filled with food, music, contests, and activities for all ages. 👉 ✨ Festival Highlights 🥒 Pickle Paradise Enjoy pickled everything, from classic favorites to creative surprises, including fried pickles, pickle-brined dishes, pickle-inspired treats, and bold briny flavors. 🍗 Wings for Days A wide variety of wing styles and heat levels, from mild to make you sweat, featuring classic, smoked, grilled, sauced, dry rubbed, and pickle-brined wings. 🚚 Food Truck Alley A diverse lineup of food trucks serving savory and sweet options, comfort food, fresh flavors, and cold drinks. 🎪 Vendor Marketplace Shop, taste, and explore a wide variety of local vendors offering food, crafts, merchandise, and specialty items 🎵 Live Entertainment All Day Local and regional performers take the stage with music, dance, spoken word, and high-energy performances throughout the day. 🎈 Kids Zone and Carnival Style Games Family-friendly activities, games, and entertainment designed for younger festival guests. 🏆 Pickle Eating Contest A fast-paced, crowd-pleasing competition where brave participants compete for bragging rights and championship glory. 👗 Costume Contests Pickle and wing-themed costume contests for adults and children, with creativity, fun, and cash prizes for adult winners. 👉 🤝 Get Involved Food trucks, vendors, entertainers, and carnival-style attractions are now being accepted. Welcome to the Pensacola Pickles & Wings Family Festival vendor application! Join us on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at historic Seville Square in downtown Pensacola for this inaugural family-friendly celebration.

This application is for 10x10 booth spaces in our Pickle Marketplace. We're seeking vendors offering pickle-themed products, handmade crafts, artisan goods, specialty foods, and unique merchandise that complement our festival theme.

This free-admission festival features Food Truck Alley, a Pickle Marketplace, Kids Zone, live entertainment, and friendly competitions. A portion of the proceeds benefits the Ronald McDonald House of Northwest Florida.

Booth Details:

Each vendor receives one 10x10 space.

Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and displays. No electricity provided unless otherwise arranged.

Setup:

Vendors may begin setup at 7:00 AM.

Festival hours are 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM.

Breakdown begins after 7:00 PM.

This application is for food vendors operating from a tent, booth, or cart. We're seeking vendors offering pickle-themed dishes, wings, and complementary fare that fit our festival theme.

This free-admission festival features Food Truck Alley, a Pickle Marketplace, Kids Zone, live entertainment, and friendly competitions. A portion of the proceeds benefits the Ronald McDonald House of Northwest Florida.

Requirements: All food vendors must provide proof of current health permits, liability insurance, and any required state/local licenses. Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, cooking equipment, and generators if needed.
