About the application
Welcome to the Pensacola Pickles & Wings Family Festival vendor application! Join us on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at historic Seville Square in downtown Pensacola for this inaugural family-friendly celebration.
This application is for 10x10 booth spaces in our Pickle Marketplace. We're seeking vendors offering pickle-themed products, handmade crafts, artisan goods, specialty foods, and unique merchandise that complement our festival theme.
This free-admission festival features Food Truck Alley, a Pickle Marketplace, Kids Zone, live entertainment, and friendly competitions. A portion of the proceeds benefits the Ronald McDonald House of Northwest Florida.
Booth Details:
Each vendor receives one 10x10 space.
Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and displays. No electricity provided unless otherwise arranged.
Setup:
Vendors may begin setup at 7:00 AM.
Festival hours are 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
Breakdown begins after 7:00 PM.

Terms & Conditions
By submitting this application, vendor agrees to: (1) Provide own tent, tables, and display materials; (2) Secure tent with weights (no stakes permitted in Seville Square); (3) Operate only during designated festival hours; (4) Keep assigned space clean and remove all trash upon departure; (5) Hold harmless Pensacola Pickles & Wings Family Festival, its organizers, and venue from any liability; (6) Understand that application submission does not guarantee acceptance; (7) Accept that all vendor fees are non-refundable; (8) Maintain any required permits or licenses for products sold.
