Welcome to the Pensacola Pickles & Wings Family Festival food vendor application! Join us on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at historic Seville Square in downtown Pensacola for this inaugural family-friendly celebration.

This application is for food vendors operating from a tent, booth, or cart. We're seeking vendors offering pickle-themed dishes, wings, and complementary fare that fit our festival theme.

This free-admission festival features Food Truck Alley, a Pickle Marketplace, Kids Zone, live entertainment, and friendly competitions. A portion of the proceeds benefits the Ronald McDonald House of Northwest Florida.

Requirements: All food vendors must provide proof of current health permits, liability insurance, and any required state/local licenses. Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, cooking equipment, and generators if needed.

Setup:

Vendors may begin setup at 7:00 AM. 

Festival hours are 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM. 

Breakdown begins after 7:00 PM.

By submitting this application, vendor agrees to: (1) Maintain all required health permits, licenses, and insurance throughout the event; (2) Provide own tent, tables, cooking equipment, and power source; (3) Secure tent with weights (no stakes permitted in Seville Square); (4) Operate only during designated festival hours; (5) Keep assigned space clean and remove all grease and trash upon departure; (6) Follow all fire safety regulations and have appropriate fire extinguisher on site; (7) Hold harmless Pensacola Pickles & Wings Family Festival, its organizers, and venue from any liability; (8) Understand that application submission does not guarantee acceptance; (9) Accept that all vendor fees are non-refundable.
