Join us as a Food Vendor at the Festival for Northern Nevada Pride!  All Food Vendor applications will be reviewed and spaces will be assigned to provide the best mix of options to our attendees.  If you have a preferred location, please let us know in the application questions.  

Red-Level Sponsors receive the following benefits:

• Premier position and announcer shout-outs in the Pride Parade
• Two 10'x10' booths (together or separate) with premier placement (incl. tables and chairs)
• Festival area naming rights
• Main Stage sponsor acknowledgement
• Up to two 30-sec audio ads (to be provided by sponsor) on the Main Stage
• Six headliner meet-and-greet passes
• Up to four banners at the gates or inside Festival (to be provided by sponsor), incl logo on banners

THIS SPONSORSHIP LEVEL AND BENEFITS WILL BE DETERMINED BASED UPON YOUR IN-KIND CONTRIBUTION

Help make the Festival the best Pride celebration! As a volunteer, you are the key to making this event a success! Sign up for more than one shift! Responsibilities may include setup, assisting and directing attendees, working entrances and exits, conducting monetary transactions, breakdown, and miscellaneous responsibilities. Please check-in at the Volunteer Booth at least 5 minutes before your shift.

Join us at the CommUNITY Pride Parade! In this role, you will help to direct participants and attendees at the staging area and/or along the parade route. Responsibilities may include setup, assisting and directing participants, and miscellaneous responsibilities. Please check-in on 4th and Virginia at least 10 minutes before your shift.

Join us in being on the Hype Team for NNP! Morning Crew: Organizing and hanging banners, signage, and artwork. Helping make the festival grounds and parade route look fabulous. Afternoon Crew: Maintaining banners and signage. Promoting the event via official social media. Taking photos and video to document the event. Celebrating PRIDE with spreading love, high fives, and hundreds of rainbow flags. Closing Crew: Taking down and organizing banners, signage, and artwork. General awesomeness. Rules: Be awesome, don’t cut your hand, smile. Please check-in at least 5 minutes before your shift.

Join us at the Northern Nevada Pride Festival! As a volunteer, you are the key to making this a success! You will helping sell merchandise and talk about Our Center, northern Nevada's LGBTQIA+ community center, to Pride attendees!

This is just to track Parade Announcers. These are assigned positions and not open to the public.

Thank you for your interest in performing at Northern Nevada Pride! We welcome all kinds of performers - singing, comedy, dance, magic, musical talent, and more!  

 

We host virtual auditions in order to be more inclusive of talent from all across Northern Nevada and the world!

 Your audition file does not need to be the same as what you want to perform at NNP, but we do require you to submit the music/lyrics/scripts for what you do plan to perform on the day by August 15.    We will reach out to you once auditions close to let you know if you have been selected to perform. Performance Guidelines:As this is both an all-ages and family-friendly event, the use of or promotion of fire, drugs, sex toys, derogatory language or slurs, and nudity on stage are not permitted. This includes music, scripts, audience rapport, etc. All final music sections must be provided by August 15!  You must provide an.MP3 file for your music in advance - no exceptions. This ensures that the correct music is provided (there are many versions of songs, so this is vital!)
