Vendor spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

📋 Category Guidelines
Food vendors must adhere to health and safety regulations and provide their own equipment, tables, and tents.
Arts & crafts and business vendors must provide all display materials and maintain a clean, safe booth area.
Nonprofits and kid-friendly vendors must maintain a family-friendly and inclusive space.
🕒 Event Protocol
Setup begins on festival mornings at designated times; vendors will receive a detailed schedule.
All booths must remain open during festival hours and be staffed at all times.
Breakdown begins at the conclusion of the festival, and spaces must be cleared by the designated time.
🚗 Parking & Arrival
Free on-site parking is available for vendors.
Vehicles may temporarily park near the entrance for loading/unloading during setup.
Once unloaded, vendors should move vehicles to designated parking areas.
⚠️ Health & Safety
Vendors must follow all festival health and safety guidelines.
First aid and festival staff will be available on-site.
Please maintain a clean and safe booth environment at all times.
