Additional overflow parking areas will be clearly marked, with event signage and staff available to assist guests. Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsorship Agreement By purchasing a sponsorship package, the sponsor agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein. Sponsorship is not confirmed until full payment is received by the festival organizers. 2. Payment Terms • Full payment for sponsorship must be received by the date specified in the invoice. • Payment may be made via check, credit card, or electronic transfer as instructed by the festival organizers. • Failure to make payment by the agreed date may result in cancellation of sponsorship benefits. 3. Sponsorship Benefits • Sponsors will receive the benefits outlined in the chosen sponsorship package. • Festival organizers reserve the right to modify the placement or method of promotion if necessary, while maintaining the agreed level of visibility. • All logos, images, and promotional materials must be provided by the sponsor in the requested formats and sizes by the deadlines specified. 4. Intellectual Property • Sponsors grant permission to the festival to use their name, logo, and other provided materials for marketing and promotion related to the festival. • Sponsors retain ownership of all logos and materials provided. 5. Cancellation and Refund Policy • Sponsorships are non-refundable once payment is received. • In the unlikely event that the festival is canceled due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control, the festival will attempt to provide alternative benefits, but refunds are not guaranteed. 6. Liability • Sponsors participate at their own risk. The festival, its organizers, and venue are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred in connection with the sponsorship or participation in festival activities. • Sponsors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the festival and its organizers from any claims arising from their sponsorship activities. 7. Promotion and Advertising • All sponsor materials must comply with local laws, decency standards, and festival policies. • The festival reserves the right to reject or remove any sponsor materials deemed inappropriate. 8. Governing Law • This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. • Any disputes arising from this sponsorship will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Texas. 9. Acceptance of Terms By confirming sponsorship, the sponsor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
