No refunds, exchanges, credits, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to weather conditions, scheduling changes, personal circumstances, illness, travel delays, or inability to attend. No Upgrades or Downgrades VIP tickets cannot be upgraded, downgraded, exchanged, or modified after purchase. This includes exchanges between packages any other ticket category or admission level Event Changes The Myrtle Beach Jazz Festival reserves the right to modify event schedules, performance times, artist lineups, amenities, or festival operations without notice.
