Food service may conclude prior to the end of the festival each day; however, the VIP area and dedicated cash bar will remain open exclusively for VIP guests during designated operating hours. No refunds, exchanges, credits, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to weather conditions, scheduling changes, personal circumstances, illness, travel delays, or inability to attend. No Upgrades or Downgrades VIP tickets cannot be upgraded, downgraded, exchanged, or modified after purchase. This includes exchanges between packages any other ticket category or admission level Event Changes The Myrtle Beach Jazz Festival reserves the right to modify event schedules, performance times, artist lineups, amenities, or festival operations without notice. Such changes do not qualify for a refund, credit, exchange, or ticket modification. Rain or Shine Event The Myrtle Beach Jazz Festival is a rain-or-shine event. VIP ticket purchases remain non-refundable regardless of weather conditions unless the event is canceled in its entirety by the organizers.
