
Thank you for your interest in participating in the 9th Annual Myrtle Beach Jazz Festival October 17-19, 2025. To be considered as an artist, kindly fill out this application. If selected, you will receive a notification. Prior to any payments, a W9 form will be necessary. Please expect a minimum of 2 weeks for payment processing once all documentation is finalized.
Important Information for Exhibitors/Vendors

- *3-Day Outdoor Music Festival**
Event Location: 2501 North Kings Highway, Myrtle Beach, SC
- **Friday, October 17th**: Setup from 8 a.m. to 12 noon
- **Saturday, October 18th**: Festival from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m., Setup from 8 a.m. to 12 noon
- **Sunday, October 19th**: Festival from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., Setup from 8 a.m. to 12 noon
- Note: Festival times and setup times are subject to change. Gates may open to the public 2 hours before the festival starts.*
This is a **free event**, but donations are welcomed at the gate and online.

- Anticipated attendance: 7,500+*
This event will take place rain or shine, so please be prepared for inclement weather.
Exhibitors/Vendors may lose their pre-assigned booth location and be assigned a different spot if they are not present at least 2 hours before the setup deadline. DHEC will conduct inspections before the end of the setup period.
- Vehicles are not allowed on festival grounds after the setup time – NO exceptions.*
Exhibitors/Vendors must begin breakdown at the end of the festival.
- *IMPORTANT**: Please do not complete the application if the times do not work for you as an Exhibitor/Vendor.
Make sure to fill out the Exhibitors/Vendors registration form completely.
All payments and fees for Exhibitors/Vendors are non-refundable and non-transferable.
