Welcome to the MumFest Vendor Application Process! If your booth sells Handmade Arts & Crafts, you MUST complete and submit the Handmade Arts & Crafts Vendor Application in full, pay the application fee, and submit. MumFest is an outdoor festival coordinated by Swiss Bear, Inc.

 

Handmade arts and crafts vendors are independent artisans offering original, handcrafted goods such as jewelry, home décor, artwork, textiles, and more. These vendors typically do not operate a traditional storefront and provide a unique shopping experience featuring one-of-a-kind items created by the artist.

Commercial arts and crafts vendors offer retail products that are sold through an established storefront or online business. These vendors provide high-quality, curated merchandise such as home décor, accessories, specialty goods, and gift items that appeal to MumFest’s large and diverse audience. 

 

Products sold through multi-level marketing (MLM) companies, such as Color Street, Cutco, Scentsy, or Tupperware, do not qualify under the Commercial Arts & Crafts Vendor category. These products must be registered under the Commercial Vendor category.

Commercial business vendors include service-based and professional businesses such as construction companies, dental offices, financial institutions, healthcare providers, and other local or regional organizations. These vendors participate to promote their services, build brand awareness, and connect directly with the thousands of attendees who visit downtown New Bern during MumFest weekend.

 

NOTE: As of 4/30/26, we are no longer accepting any more Multi-level Marketing business vendors.

Welcome to the MumFest Vendor Application Process! If you are a food truck or food vendor, you MUST complete and submit the Food Vendor Application in full, pay the application fee, and submit. MumFest is an outdoor festival coordinated by Swiss Bear, Inc. As of 2025, we focus on local food trucks and vendors. 

 

Food vendors include food trucks, trailers, and specialty food providers offering a variety of fresh cuisine and beverages to serve MumFest attendees throughout the weekend. Priority placement will be given to local food trucks, with remaining space offered based on availability and menu variety to ensure a diverse and high-quality food experience.

Welcome to the MumFest Vendor Application Process! If you are a Downtown New Bern Business, you MUST complete and submit the  Downtown Business Vendor Application in full, pay the application fee, and submit. MumFest is an outdoor festival coordinated by Swiss Bear, Inc.

 

Downtown business vendors are brick-and-mortar businesses physically located within the official downtown footprint (between First Street, Broad Street, and E. Front Street). This category is reserved exclusively for those businesses operating within the designated district boundaries and provides an opportunity to extend their presence onto the street during MumFest weekend.
