MumFest 2026 - 46th Annual

Welcome to the MumFest Vendor Application Process! If you are a food truck or food vendor, you MUST complete and submit the Food Vendor Application in full, pay the application fee, and submit. MumFest is an outdoor festival coordinated by Swiss Bear, Inc. As of 2025, we focus on local food trucks and vendors. 

 

Food vendors include food trucks, trailers, and specialty food providers offering a variety of fresh cuisine and beverages to serve MumFest attendees throughout the weekend. Priority placement will be given to local food trucks, with remaining space offered based on availability and menu variety to ensure a diverse and high-quality food experience.

This is for Downtown New Bern Businesses ONLY. Our Handmade and Commercial Arts, Commercial, Non-Profit, and Political Vendor applications are CLOSED.

 

Downtown business vendors are brick-and-mortar businesses physically located within the official downtown footprint (between First Street, Broad Street, and E. Front Street). This category is reserved exclusively for those businesses operating within the designated district boundaries and provides an opportunity to extend their presence onto the street during MumFest weekend.

Dimensions of space options are: 10x10, 15x10, or 20x10. • Signage on artist lineup signage during MumFest including sponsor logo, if desired. • One (1) custom printed MumFest banner hung on streetlights in downtown vicinity in prominent locations for six (6) weeks beginning in September. The sponsor’s logo will be linked to sponsor website if applicable. • Weekly social media posts on MumFest Facebook and Instagram throughout September and October. • Dedicated sponsor space on the street during MumFest. Dimensions of space options are: 10x10, 15x10, or 20x10. • Logo on signage hung from Beer Garden Stage during MumFest. In addition, there will be verbal recognition of sponsorship from the DJs and bands. • Four (4) additional sponsor logo signs placed on Beer Garden barricades. • Two (2) VIP backstage passes to meet one artist of choice • One (1) custom printed MumFest banner hung on streetlights in downtown vicinity in prominent locations for six (6) weeks beginning in September.
