About the event
The 22nd Annual Mountains, Music & Motorcycles is Mountain View’s signature biker rally—bringing together riders and visitors from across the region for a weekend of excitement and community. Enjoy thrilling biker games, a high-energy poker run, a town-wide scavenger hunt, and both a bike and car show. Explore rows of merchandise, food, and drink vendors, and experience the unique charm of Mountain View while celebrating motorcycles, music, and good times with friends old and new. The Mountains, Music and Motorcycles will be held on Sept 18 & 19th, 2026 in Mountain View, AR. This Mountain View motorcycle event is held at Historic Town Square and hosted by Mountain View Chamber of Commerce.

Parking instructions
All approved vendors will receive a parking pass at check-in. This pass allows you to park at the First Baptist Church parking lot at no charge. The parking pass must be displayed on your dashboard at all times. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the designated vendor section. Shuttle service (if applicable) or walking access will be available to and from the event grounds. Please do not block driveways, fire lanes, or reserved church spaces marked “Staff/Reserved.” Overnight parking is not permitted unless approved by the event organizers. Health & safety
General Requirements Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe booth at all times. All cords, cables, and equipment must be secured to prevent tripping hazards. Open flames, propane, or generators must be used safely and in compliance with fire codes. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside vendor booths or within 10 feet of food service areas. Vendors must keep fire extinguishers accessible if cooking or using flammable materials. Food Vendors All food vendors must have a valid permit from the Arkansas Department of Health and display it in their booth at all times. Food must be stored, prepared, and served in compliance with state health and safety regulations. Proper handwashing facilities or sanitizing stations must be available at each booth. All food must be kept at proper temperatures (hot foods hot, cold foods cold) as required by the Arkansas Department of Health. Grease, oils, and wastewater must be disposed of properly—do not dump on site. Waste & Sanitation Vendors must provide their own trash receptacles inside their booths and empty them regularly into designated event dumpsters. Booth areas must remain free of litter and debris throughout the event. At breakdown, vendors must remove all waste and leave their space clean. Illness Policy Vendors who are sick, showing symptoms of illness, or have been exposed to contagious conditions should not handle food or attend the event. Any vendor found in violation of health and safety standards may be asked to close their booth without refund.

Terms & Conditions
1. Booth Setup & Breakdown Vendors must set up during the designated times provided by the event organizers. Booths must remain open and staffed during official event hours. Early breakdown is not permitted without prior approval. Vendors are responsible for their own tables, tents, displays, and electrical needs (unless otherwise arranged). 2. Cleanliness & Trash Removal Vendors must keep their area clean and free of trash. All trash must be removed from the booth space at breakdown. Dumping grease, oils, or hazardous materials on site is prohibited. 3. Compliance with Laws & Permits Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations. Food vendors must have all required health permits and follow food safety standards. Vendors selling merchandise must comply with Arkansas sales tax requirements. 4. Prohibited Items No unauthorized or counterfeit merchandise. No illegal substances, firearms, or weapons of any kind. The sale of alcohol is prohibited unless explicitly authorized by organizers. 5. Liability & Insurance Vendors participate at their own risk. The event organizers, sponsors, and City of Mountain View are not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or loss of property. Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance. 6. Weather & Event Changes The event is rain or shine. Organizers reserve the right to postpone, cancel, or alter the event for weather, safety, or other reasons beyond control. No refunds will be issued once payment is received. 7. Conduct Vendors must behave in a professional and respectful manner. Harassment of attendees, other vendors, or staff will result in removal without refund. 8. Media Release Vendors consent to photography and video of their booths and products for promotional use by event organizers. 9. Acceptance Submitting an application and/or payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
