We’re excited to invite you to be part of the 22nd Annual Mountains, Music & Motorcycles Rally in beautiful Mountain View, Arkansas! As a food vendor, you’ll have the opportunity to serve thousands of visitors during one of our community’s most popular annual events.
Please read this application carefully before submitting. By completing and submitting the form, you acknowledge that this serves as an electronic agreement, confirming your understanding and acceptance of the event’s terms and conditions.
Important: Your payment will not be processed until your application has been reviewed and approved. Once accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with further details.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
The concession must operate on Friday, September 18, 2026, and Saturday, September 19, 2026.
Vendors may begin setting up after 5:00 PM on Thursday, September 17, 2026, and must be fully set up by 8:00 AM on Friday, September 18.
Vendors requesting early setup on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, must receive prior approval from the Chamber office.
No exceptions will be made without the explicit permission of the Executive Director of the Mountain View Area Chamber of Commerce.
Vendors may sell only the menu items that have been pre-approved by the Chamber of Commerce.
Any changes or additions must receive prior written approval.
Unauthorized items are subject to removal, and repeated violations may result in the vendor being removed from the event without refund.
The Chamber reserves the right to revoke vendor privileges and terminate this agreement at any time if:
Products sold do not meet quality standards.
Vendor violates Arkansas Department of Health regulations.
Vendor fails to cooperate with Chamber representatives or event staff.
Vendor breaches this agreement or engages in behavior that compromises the safety or integrity of the event.
1. Refunds
This is a rain-or-shine event.
All vendor fees are non-refundable.
If a vendor cancels their participation, all payments made will be forfeited.
2. Fees & Payment
In consideration for the right to sell food and beverages at Mountains, Music & Motorcycles, the vendor agrees to pay the following fees to the Chamber of Commerce:
$500.00 for non-members
$400.00 for Mountain View Area Chamber of Commerce members
All prices charged by the vendor must include sales tax. Vendors are solely responsible for the collection and payment of all applicable taxes as required by Arkansas law.
3. Premises & Cleanliness
Vendors must maintain a clean and safe vending area at all times.
Trash, grease, wastewater, and other waste must be disposed of properly in designated dumpsters and disposal areas.
Large boxes and oil containers must be flattened or disposed of in designated bins.
Failure to comply may result in exclusion from future Chamber-sponsored events.
