Prohibited ItemsThis is a family-friendly event. The following items are strictly prohibited from being displayed, sold, or distributed:
Firearms (knives are permitted)
Pornography of any kind
Controlled substances or drug-related paraphernalia
Offensive or profane items
Prostitution or gambling in any form
The Mountain View Area Chamber of Commerce staff reserves the sole authority to determine whether a vendor has violated this policy. Confirmed violations will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
Electricity & WaterElectricity: Limited availability. If you require electricity, you must indicate this during registration. Vendors are responsible for providing their own extension cords and equipment.
Water: Not provided by the event. Vendors must supply their own water if needed.
Sales TaxVendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable Arkansas state sales taxes in accordance with state law.
ParkingEach vendor will receive a parking pass for one vehicle, valid for the designated vendor parking area.
Vehicles are not permitted to remain near vendor spaces for convenience. All vehicles must be parked in the designated lot.
Vendor FeesTraditional Vendor Space
Location: Lot off Washington Street (between food vendors and the music store)
Fee: $155.00 per 10' x 10' space
Additional Spaces: $100.00 each after the first space
Includes: City permit fee ($25.00) and one vendor parking pass
Note: Tents larger than 10' x 10' (leg-to-leg measurement) are not permitted due to space limitations.
Prime Vendor Space
Limited to three spaces only, located on Washington Street across from food vendors
Fee: $305.00 per 10' x 20' space
Includes: One vendor parking pass
Pre-approval required
Note: No stakes may be driven into paved areas.
Non-Profit Vendor Space
Set-Up & Tear-DownSet-Up:
Vendors may begin setup on Thursday, September 17, 2026, after 5:00 PM.
All vendors must be fully set up by 9:00 AM on Friday, September 18.
Vehicles must be moved to the vendor parking area immediately after unloading.
Vendors may cover items overnight at their own risk or remove them and reset Saturday morning.
On Saturday, September 19, vendors must be set up by 8:00 AM with vehicles removed by that time.
Tear-Down:
No vendor, including non-profits, may tear down before 5:00 PM on Saturday, September 19, 2026.
This rule is strictly enforced for safety reasons due to motorcycles and pedestrian traffic.
Vendors must dismantle their display before bringing vehicles into the vendor area for loading.
Trash & CleanlinessTrash cans and dumpsters will be provided throughout the event.
Vendors are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in their area.
All boxes must be collapsed before disposal, and grease or other waste must be discarded in designated areas.
Event Name, Logo & ArtworkThe event name “Mountains, Music & Motorcycles” and its logo are trademarked. Unauthorized use—including altering the logo or reproducing the name—is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate confiscation of unauthorized items, which will not be returned.

Reminders & AcknowledgmentThe Chamber reserves the right to refuse participation before or during the event to any vendor whose products, conduct, or attitude are not compatible with the family-oriented nature of the event.
