Miss Dogwood Volunteer Pageant

The Pageant is Back! We’re thrilled to announce the return of the Dogwood Festival Pageant and this year, we’re proudly aligning with the Miss Volunteer America pageant circuit! Their mission closely mirrors our own: empowering individuals through educational growth and meaningful community service. In order to move on to state level of Miss volunteer, please see note on Personal Status: Contestant must be a citizen of the United States, recognized medically and legally as a female in sex and consistent gender identification, and must not be married at the time of competing, nor ever have been married or had a marriage annulled. Age Groups: Little Miss: 5-12 Teen Miss: 13-18 Miss: 19-26 Legacy Crown: 50+ The categories will be: Interview 25% Talent 25% Evening Gown 25% Fitness/Swim wear 25% **Please note that not everyone will be given a crown. As part of our renewed focus on giving back, we’ll offer a variety of volunteer opportunities leading up to the big event. This isn’t just a pageant — it’s a celebration of character, talent, and poise for everyone in our community, including girls and boys, men and women. We can’t wait to see you shine on stage and in service! Scoring will be made up of four categories and each is an even 25%. Evening, interview, talent, and swim/fitness.
