Designed to feel festive, intentional, and beautifully curated, this weekly market brings together high-end artisan goods, fine foods, boutique finds, and holiday greenery in a warm, inviting setting. Guests will wander through a cozy, open-air courtyard filled with festive music, live Christmas trees, and classic Old-World holiday charm — a thoughtful alternative to big-box holiday shopping and crowded malls. This experience is intentionally small, refined, and seasonal, with a strong focus on quality, atmosphere, and thoughtful curation. Vendor Commitment Market Dates (Fridays | 6–9 PM): November 13, 20, 27 December 4, 11, 18 Vendor set up begins at 4pm weekly. The market will take place weekly on Friday evenings, creating a consistent, cohesive holiday experience for guests and vendors alike.

Power is not available.  

Vendors are responsible for their own tables, displays, décor, and any additional equipment needed within their booth footprint. This includes rechargeable lighting and any desired non-electric heat source.

Weather & Refund Policy


This is an outdoor, weather-aware event. Market operations may be adjusted due to weather conditions for the safety of guests, vendors, and staff.

No refunds will be issued for weather-related adjustments, including delayed openings, modified hours, or changes made in the best interest of safety.

Terms & Conditions
Vendor Terms & Conditions European Christmas Market — Midway, KY (2026) By submitting an application and/or participating in the European Christmas Market in Midway, KY, vendors agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Application & Acceptance A $25 non-refundable application fee is required to be considered. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors will be selected based on product quality, holiday relevance, uniqueness, and alignment with the overall market vision. The market is limited to 15 vendors total. The market reserves the right to decline any application at its sole discretion. 2. Vendor Fees & Commitment Accepted vendors must pay a $325 vendor fee, which covers all six Friday market dates. Vendors must commit to all six dates to ensure a cohesive, high-quality experience for guests and fellow vendors. Vendor fees are non-refundable, except in the event of full market cancellation by the organizer. 3. Dates & Hours Market dates are Fridays from 6:00–9:00 PM: November 13, 20, 27 December 4, 11, 18 Vendors are expected to be fully set up and ready to sell by the market start time and remain open for the full duration of each market evening. 4. Booth Space & Setup Each vendor is provided an 8×8 booth space. The market provides and sets up the tent for each vendor. Power is not available. Vendors are responsible for their own tables, displays, décor, and any additional equipment needed within their booth footprint. This includes rechargeable lighting and any desired non-electric heat source. Booth sharing or subletting is not permitted. 5. Product Guidelines & Curation Vendors must offer high-quality, holiday-specific items appropriate for a European-style Christmas market. The market is intentionally curated to complement existing local brick-and-mortar merchants in Midway. Vendor selection will take into account product type, category balance, and potential overlap, with priority given to vendors whose offerings conflict least with local merchants. Final determinations regarding product mix and category placement are made solely by the market organizers. Approved vendors may only sell items listed in their accepted application. Substitutions or additions require prior written approval. The market reserves the right to request removal of any items that do not align with the approved application or overall market standards. 6. Weather, Cancellations & Refunds This is an outdoor, weather-aware event. Market dates, hours, or operations may be adjusted due to weather or safety concerns. No refunds will be issued for weather-related changes, including delayed openings, early closures, or modified schedules. Vendors assume all risk associated with weather conditions. 7. Liability & Insurance Vendors participate at their own risk. The market, organizers, property owners, and affiliated partners are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury to vendors, staff, or property. Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance. 8. Conduct & Compliance Vendors must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Failure to comply with market rules, setup requirements, or conduct standards may result in removal from the market without refund. Vendors must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including tax, licensing, and food safety requirements where applicable. 9. Marketing & Photography The market may photograph or record vendors, booths, and products for promotional use. By participating, vendors grant permission for such use without compensation. 10. Agreement By submitting an application and/or paying vendor fees, vendors acknowledge they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
