About the Market
We’re building something special this holiday season — a European Christmas Market in the heart of downtown Midway. Designed to feel festive, intentional, and beautifully curated, this weekly market brings together high-end artisan goods, fine foods, boutique finds, and holiday greenery in a warm, inviting setting.
Guests will wander through a cozy, open-air courtyard filled with festive music, live Christmas trees, and classic Old-World holiday charm — a thoughtful alternative to big-box holiday shopping and crowded malls.
This experience is intentionally small, refined, and seasonal, with a strong focus on quality, atmosphere, and thoughtful curation.
Vendor Commitment
Market Dates (Fridays | 6–9 PM):

December 4, 11, 18
Vendor set up begins at 4pm weekly.
Vendor Fees:
$25 non-refundable application fee
$325 total for all six Fridays (accepted vendors only)
Vendors must commit to all six dates to maintain a cohesive, high-quality market experience.

Vendor Criteria
Booth space is extremely limited.
We are seeking high-end vendors offering holiday-specific items that complement — and do not compete with — existing local merchants. Ideal vendors include:
Artisan makers and designers
Fine food and culinary artisans
Curated holiday gift purveyors
Seasonal décor, greenery, and specialty goods
This market is curated to feel elevated, festive, and cohesive.
Weather & Refund Policy
This is an outdoor, weather-aware event. Dates may be adjusted, delayed, or modified due to weather conditions for the safety of vendors, staff, and guests.
No refunds will be issued for weather-related adjustments, including delays, modified hours, or changes made in the best interest of safety.
