Melrose First Friday @ Knee Deep

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Melrose First Friday at Knee Deep Melrose! Please read before completing your application.

• Vintage + reworked fashion

• Handmade goods & art

• Jewelry & accessories

• Specialty small biz

• Plants, ceramics, candles, home goods

• Food & beverage vendors (packaged or prepared on-site with proper permits)

Event Protocol

• All vendors must arrive during the designated check-in time (3:30–4:30 PM) and be fully set up by 5:00 PM.

• Booth assignments will be given on arrival. Staff will be available to assist.

• Vendors are expected to promote the event on their social channels in the weeks leading up to the market.

Food Management

• Food vendors must comply with all city and county health requirements.

• Please provide proper permits if preparing or serving food on site.

• No gas generators are permitted; electricity add-ons must be requested in advance.

Parking

• Vendors may briefly drive onto the lot for setup/unloading.

• After unloading, please move vehicles to nearby free street parking on side streets off 7th Ave to keep visibility clear for shoppers.

Setup + Breakdown

• Setup & Drive up: 3:30–4:30 PM

• Market Hours: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Breakdown: Vendors must remain set up until the market officially closes. All vendor items and trash must be cleared before leaving.

Lighting + Power

• Vendors who purchased electricity add-ons may bring extension cords for flexibility.

• All other vendors must bring their own solar or battery-powered lighting.
