Produced by Hearthara Culinary, Mardi Gras at Cambridge is designed to create a welcoming destination experience that supports local businesses and entrepreneurs while giving the community another reason to gather, explore Cambridge Square, and celebrate together. Come ready for great food, great shopping, festive sights and sounds, and plenty of Mardi Gras spirit.

Parking & Arrival Information Parking information for Mardi Gras at Cambridge will be provided as we get closer to the event. Guests should follow all posted parking signage and directions from event staff upon arrival. Please do not park in fire lanes, loading zones, blocked areas, or any space designated as restricted. Because Cambridge Square is home to restaurants, shops, businesses, and residents, we ask everyone attending Mardi Gras at Cambridge to be courteous of the surrounding property and follow all parking and traffic instructions. Additional parking details, recommended arrival information, and any designated parking areas will be shared before the event through official Hearthara Culinary and Mardi Gras at Cambridge communications.

Health & Safety Information The safety and comfort of our guests, vendors, partners, staff, and surrounding community are important to us. Mardi Gras at Cambridge is an outdoor community event. Guests should plan for the weather and come prepared for outdoor conditions. Appropriate footwear is recommended, as guests may be walking or standing throughout the event. Please remain aware of your surroundings and follow instructions provided by event staff, venue representatives, security personnel, or emergency responders. Children should remain under the supervision of a parent or responsible adult at all times. Service animals should remain under the control of their handler in accordance with applicable requirements. Please do not block roadways, emergency access points, business entrances, vendor areas, or other designated restricted spaces. Event operations may be adjusted when necessary due to weather, safety conditions, emergencies, or circumstances affecting the safe operation of the event. Any important updates will be communicated through official event channels.

Welcome to the 2026 Once Upon a Christmas at Cambridge Arts, Crafts & Merchandise Vendor Application!

Once Upon a Christmas at Cambridge is designed to transform Cambridge Square into a festive holiday destination where the community can shop, dine, celebrate, discover small businesses, and make Christmas memories together.

We invite makers, artisans, boutiques, specialty retailers, creators, and merchandise vendors to apply to be part of this carefully curated Christmas marketplace.

A CURATED CHRISTMAS MARKET

Our goal is to create a diverse, high-quality shopping experience while giving participating businesses the strongest opportunity for success. Applications are reviewed based on event fit, product quality, category balance, product duplication, booth presentation, and available space.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Approved vendors will receive an official acceptance notification and additional event information.

CHRISTMAS MARKET BOOTH REQUIREMENTS

The visual experience of Once Upon a Christmas at Cambridge is an important part of the event. We want guests to feel immersed in Christmas from the moment they arrive, and every participating vendor helps create that atmosphere.

All vendor tents and canopies must be WHITE. Colored, branded, or other non-white tents/canopies will not be permitted.

Every vendor must decorate their booth in a Christmas theme. Vendors are encouraged to incorporate festive elements such as Christmas greenery, garland, bows, ornaments, lights, holiday signage, or other tasteful seasonal décor that complements their business and merchandise.

Booth presentation is a condition of participation. Vendors must arrive prepared to create a completed Christmas-themed display. Hearthara Culinary reserves the right to require adjustments to displays that do not meet event presentation standards.
