Welcome to the 2027 Mardi Gras at the Square Arts, Crafts & Merchandise Vendor Application!
Mardi Gras at the Square is coming to Cambridge Square in Ooltewah, Tennessee, on Saturday, February 6, 2027. This vibrant community celebration will bring together incredible food, live entertainment, local businesses, family activities, and the unmistakable color and energy of Mardi Gras.
We invite makers, artisans, boutiques, specialty retailers, creators, and merchandise vendors to apply to be part of this carefully curated Mardi Gras marketplace.
A CURATED MARDI GRAS MARKET
Our goal is to create a diverse, high quality shopping experience while giving participating businesses the strongest opportunity for success. Applications are reviewed based on event fit, product quality, category balance, product duplication, booth presentation, and available space.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Approved vendors will receive an official acceptance notification along with additional event information.
MARKET BOOTH REQUIREMENTS
The visual experience of Mardi Gras at the Square is an important part of the event. We want guests to feel immersed in the celebration from the moment they arrive, and every participating vendor helps create that atmosphere.
Every vendor must decorate their booth in a Mardi Gras theme. Vendors are encouraged to incorporate purple, green, and gold, along with tasteful elements such as beads, masks, fleur de lis, feathers, banners, lights, or New Orleans inspired details that complement their business and merchandise.
Booth presentation is a condition of participation. Vendors must arrive prepared to create a complete Mardi Gras themed display. Hearthara Culinary reserves the right to require adjustments to displays that do not meet event presentation standards.

MARDI GRAS AT THE SQUARE — VENDOR ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By submitting this application, the applicant acknowledges and agrees that:
Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Hearthara Culinary curates vendors based on event fit, product quality, category balance, duplication, available space, presentation, operational requirements, and the overall guest experience.
Only vendors receiving an official acceptance notification are approved to participate.
Vendors may sell or promote only the products, merchandise, or services disclosed in their approved application.
All vendor booths must be decorated in a Mardi Gras theme and maintained in an attractive, professional, event ready condition throughout the event. Vendors are encouraged to incorporate purple, green, and gold along with tasteful Mardi Gras inspired decorative elements.
Booth locations are assigned by Hearthara Culinary. Specific placement requests are not guaranteed.
Vendors must comply with all event specific load in, setup, operating, safety, parking, and breakdown instructions.
All vendor fees are nonrefundable once processed.
Accepted vendors will be required to agree to the Hearthara Culinary Cambridge Square Vendor Participation Agreement, which contains the complete participation requirements and policies.
Submitting this application confirms that the applicant has read, understands, and agrees to these application conditions.
