Sebring's Fall-O-Ween Presented By Suncoast Credit Union

Your sponsorship helps provide candy for our local first responders to hand out during the event. Every contribution goes toward purchasing candy so they can help make Halloween safe, fun, and memorable for our community. "Presented by" announced during the Festival. Recognized on social media on main event page. Logo on the sponsor banner. Complimentary trunk or treat spot during the event. Logo on schedule of events and map. 2 Haunted maze tickets

Set Up is for Sebring Chamber current members only.

A spot on the circle or side street to set up a trunk (car) or tent.10X10 Space. Tables, chairs, tents or electricity is NOT provided.

Each booth will be required to either pass out candy or have a game to play to promote your business, no selling.  

This is an electronic agreement, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. Sebring's Fall O Ween is rain or shine, no refunds are available after your application is approved. 

This is for downtown merchants only.

You must be located with in 2 blocks from the circle. 

This is NOT for the space in front of your store, this application is to be placed on the map for attendees to visit your business. If you would like the parking space in front of your store, you will need to fill out the vendor application. 

This sign up is for First Responders ONLY. You will be located on North Ridgewood. 

Please pick up your candy at the Chamber office the week of the festival.
