Panel style presentation and discussion designed for solopreneurs and small-business owners who need a clearer, more practical approach to pricing their services. While rising costs contribute to pricing pressure, many owners also struggle to calculate the true cost of service delivery, separate owner compensation from business profit, and assess whether specific customers or services are financially sustainable.

Frederick Duff, MBA, is the founder of Ohio Valley Analytics, a strategic decision sciences consulting firm that helps organizations improve operations and make better decisions through disciplined problem-solving, analytics, and practical AI. He brings more than 30 years of experience in sales, financial services, manufacturing, business operations, and analytics and teaches graduate-level business analytics at Bellarmine University. Frederick helps business owners understand the numbers behind pricing, profitability, cash flow, customer value, and sustainable growth.
Kim Ballard
Kim Ballard is a Branch Manager at KeyBank and a dedicated community leader with a passion for helping businesses achieve their goals. She serves as President of Dayton Key Young Professionals, Lead Mentor for Evolve Women’s Collective, and a Board Member of the Miamisburg Merchants Association. Through her banking expertise, mentorship, and civic involvement, Kim supports entrepreneurs and business owners as they build stronger, more sustainable organizations.
