The Linn County Fair offers a vibrant, family-friendly atmosphere featuring live concerts, a rodeo, a mutton busting contest, diverse food and beverage options—including adult refreshments—a dedicated Family Land area, a thrilling carnival, and a wide variety of commercial vendors. Parking instructions
Vendor parking will be in the gravel lot at the south end of the main parking lot. A free shuttle will pick up and drop off vendors at the front gate. Shuttles will be running before opening and at close of the Expo Hall for your convenience. There will be a loading zone on the west side of the Willamette Event Center for move in and move out only.

This application is for the Event Office located in the Willamette Building. As a thank you for participating, volunteers are provided lunch each day of fair, a free t-shirt, free food vouchers for the food trucks, admission tickets to the fair and a swag bag.

Terms & Conditions
Vendor move-in for all areas will be Monday July 14, Tuesday July 15 and Wednesday July 16 from 8am to 4pm. Vehicles will be permitted on the grounds during set-up of booths for unloading only on Monday and Tuesday. All booths must be ready for business no later than 4pm on WEDNESDAY, July 16. Vendors are allowed in the building at 9am each day of fair.
There are a limited number of booths available and 2024 returning vendors will have the first rights to the same booth if application is received by 5pm on April 15, 2025. Starting April 16, we will reserve spaces based on event needs and the order applications are received.
