Vendor move-in for all areas will be Monday July 14, Tuesday July 15 and Wednesday July 16 from 8am to 4pm. Vehicles will be permitted on the grounds during set-up of booths for unloading only on Monday and Tuesday. All booths must be ready for business no later than 4pm on WEDNESDAY, July 16. Vendors are allowed in the building at 9am each day of fair. There are a limited number of booths available and 2024 returning vendors will have the first rights to the same booth if application is received by 5pm on April 15, 2025. Starting April 16, we will reserve spaces based on event needs and the order applications are received.
