Kelowna Pride Week presented by TD

Welcome to the vendor application for the 2026 Kelowna Pride Festival, taking place on Saturday, June 6, 2026 at City Park in downtown Kelowna.

 

Kelowna Pride is one of the Okanagan’s most vibrant community celebrations, welcoming over 10,000 attendees for a full day of entertainment, community connection, and celebration of 2SLGBTQ+ pride. The festival features live performances, community organizations, local businesses, artisans, and food vendors from across the region.

 

Our goal is to create a diverse and welcoming marketplace that highlights local businesses, queer entrepreneurs, artists, and organizations whose work reflects the spirit and values of Pride.

 

This year we are introducing a new vendor application system. As with any new process, there may be a few bumps while we fine-tune things. We appreciate your patience and support as we continue improving the experience for vendors and guests alike.

Please note that food trucks and mobile food vendors will be managed through a separate application process this year and should not apply through this form

Kelowna Pride is one of the Okanagan’s largest and most vibrant community celebrations, welcoming over 10,000 attendees for a full day of entertainment, community connection, and celebration of 2SLGBTQ+ pride.

Food trucks play an important role in the festival experience and help keep the energy going throughout the day. To help ensure efficient service and safe operations, food trucks will once again be located in a designated parking lot adjacent to the festival grounds, similar to previous years.

Due to space limitations, the number of food trucks accepted is limited and our team works to curate a diverse mix of food options for attendees.

Kelowna Pride is a community-driven celebration that brings together thousands of people each year to celebrate 2SLGBTQ+ identity, inclusion, and community. Pride Week features a wide range of events across the city and culminates in the Kelowna Pride Festival at City Park, welcoming more than 10,000 attendees for a full day of performances, community engagement, vendors, and celebration. Sponsorship plays a critical role in making Pride possible. Through sponsorship support, we are able to produce inclusive programming, support local performers and organizations, and create welcoming spaces for our community and allies. Our sponsorship program includes a range of opportunities, from major presenting partnerships to community-level sponsorships and in-kind support. We also welcome partners who wish to collaborate on custom sponsorship packages that align with their brand and community goals. Previous in-kind partnerships have included product donations, equipment rentals, giveaways, and operational support for festival events.  By completing this form, you are expressing interest in sponsoring Kelowna Pride. A member of our team will review your submission and follow up to confirm details and finalize the sponsorship agreement. Kelowna Pride Festival returns to City Park in downtown Kelowna on Saturday, June 6, 2026, welcoming more than 10,000 attendees for one of the city’s most vibrant and anticipated community celebrations of the year. Our main stage showcases an exciting mix of drag, live music, dance, spoken word, and cultural performances that reflect the creativity and diversity of the 2SLGBTQ+ community.

We are especially focused on elevating 2SLGBTQ+ performers, while also welcoming fierce allies who help make Pride unforgettable. With support from Creative BC for live music and our presenting partner TD, we’re building a dynamic and inclusive lineup that celebrates queer talent and brings incredible energy to the festival stage.

We are raising $2,500 to support the Trans & Non-Binary Celebration, an important event during Kelowna Pride Week that creates a dedicated space to celebrate and uplift trans, non-binary, and gender-diverse members of our community. Funds raised will help cover the costs of producing the event, including performers, venue expenses, accessibility supports, and community programming, ensuring the celebration remains welcoming, safe, and accessible for everyone who attends. Every contribution helps make this event possible and strengthens the visibility and celebration of trans and non-binary communities in the Okanagan. Please note: Kelowna Pride Society is not a registered charity, and donations made through this fundraiser are not eligible for charitable tax receipts.
