About the application
Welcome to the Food Truck Application for the 2026 Kelowna Pride Festival, taking place on Saturday, June 6, 2026 at City Park in downtown Kelowna.
Kelowna Pride is one of the Okanagan’s largest and most vibrant community celebrations, welcoming over 10,000 attendees for a full day of entertainment, community connection, and celebration of 2SLGBTQ+ pride.
Food trucks play an important role in the festival experience and help keep the energy going throughout the day. To help ensure efficient service and safe operations, food trucks will once again be located in a designated parking lot adjacent to the festival grounds, similar to previous years.
Due to space limitations, the number of food trucks accepted is limited and our team works to curate a diverse mix of food options for attendees.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
By submitting this application, operators acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the festival.
- Food truck vendor fees are non-refundable once approved.
- Food trucks will be located in a designated parking lot adjacent to the festival grounds, similar to previous years. Exact placement will be determined by festival organizers.
- Electricity is not provided for food trucks. Vendors must supply their own power source if required.
- Generators are permitted for food trucks only and must be safely operated in accordance with local regulations.
- All food vendors must hold valid certification and approvals from Interior Health and Kelowna Fire Department in order to operate. Food vendors will not be permitted to operate at the festival without proper approvals from these authorities.
- The deadline to obtain and provide proof of certification is May 25, 2026.
- If a vendor fails to obtain the required certifications by this deadline, they will not be permitted to operate and no refunds will be issued.
- Vendors must comply with all applicable health regulations, fire safety requirements, and City of Kelowna bylaws.
- Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and properly disposing of waste throughout the event.
- Festival organizers reserve the right to approve, decline, or remove vendors whose operations do not meet festival requirements or safety standards.
