Welcome to the vendor application for the 2026 Kelowna Trans & Enby March & Social, taking place on Wed, June 3, 2026 at Laurel Packinghouse in downtown Kelowna.

 

Our goal is to create a diverse and welcoming marketplace that highlights local businesses, queer entrepreneurs, artists, and organizations whose work reflects the spirit and values of Pride.

 

This year we are introducing a new vendor application system. As with any new process, there may be a few bumps while we fine-tune things. We appreciate your patience and support as we continue improving the experience for vendors and guests alike.

Kelowna Pride is a community-driven celebration that brings together thousands of people each year to celebrate 2SLGBTQ+ identity, inclusion, and community. Pride Week features a wide range of events across the city and culminates in the Kelowna Pride Festival at City Park, welcoming more than 10,000 attendees for a full day of performances, community engagement, vendors, and celebration. Sponsorship plays a critical role in making Pride possible. Through sponsorship support, we are able to produce inclusive programming, support local performers and organizations, and create welcoming spaces for our community and allies. Our sponsorship program includes a range of opportunities, from major presenting partnerships to community-level sponsorships and in-kind support. We also welcome partners who wish to collaborate on custom sponsorship packages that align with their brand and community goals. Previous in-kind partnerships have included product donations, equipment rentals, giveaways, and operational support for festival events.  By completing this form, you are expressing interest in sponsoring Kelowna Pride. A member of our team will review your submission and follow up to confirm details and finalize the sponsorship agreement. Kelowna Pride Week (May 31 - June 6, 2026) is one of the most exciting and meaningful celebrations in the Okanagan, bringing together thousands of people for a full week of community events, performances, learning opportunities, and celebrations of 2SLGBTQ+ pride. From community gatherings and special events to our flagship Pride Festival in City Park, volunteers play a vital role in helping create welcoming, safe, and memorable experiences for everyone who attends. We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable volunteers who want to be part of making Pride Week happen. Whether you’re greeting guests, supporting performers, helping with event setup, or assisting behind the scenes, your time and energy help bring Pride to life. We’re grateful for your interest in being part of the team that helps make Kelowna Pride possible.

We are raising $2,500 to support the Trans & Non-Binary Celebration, an important event during Kelowna Pride Week that creates a dedicated space to celebrate and uplift trans, non-binary, and gender-diverse members of our community. Funds raised will help cover the costs of producing the event, including performers, venue expenses, accessibility supports, and community programming, ensuring the celebration remains welcoming, safe, and accessible for everyone who attends. Every contribution helps make this event possible and strengthens the visibility and celebration of trans and non-binary communities in the Okanagan. Please note: Kelowna Pride Society is not a registered charity, and donations made through this fundraiser are not eligible for charitable tax receipts.
