About the event

Kelowna Pride Week is a vibrant, city-wide celebration of 2SLGBTQ+ pride, community, and connection. Each year, thousands of people come together to celebrate identity, creativity, and belonging across a full week of events leading up to the Kelowna Pride Festival. Throughout the week, you can expect a diverse lineup of experiences including drag performances, live music, community gatherings, parties, cultural events, and special collaborations with local businesses and organizations across the city. The celebration builds all week long and culminates in the Kelowna Pride Festival on Saturday, June 6, 2026 at City Park, where more than 10,000 attendees gather for a full day of entertainment, community organizations, vendors, food trucks, and unforgettable performances. Whether you’re part of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, an ally, or visiting Kelowna for the celebrations, Pride Week is an opportunity to celebrate love, diversity, and the vibrant spirit of our community. About the application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Kelowna Pride sponsor. Kelowna Pride is a community-driven celebration that brings together thousands of people each year to celebrate 2SLGBTQ+ identity, inclusion, and community. Pride Week features a wide range of events across the city and culminates in the Kelowna Pride Festival at City Park, welcoming more than 10,000 attendees for a full day of performances, community engagement, vendors, and celebration. Sponsorship plays a critical role in making Pride possible. Through sponsorship support, we are able to produce inclusive programming, support local performers and organizations, and create welcoming spaces for our community and allies. Our sponsorship program includes a range of opportunities, from major presenting partnerships to community-level sponsorships and in-kind support. We also welcome partners who wish to collaborate on custom sponsorship packages that align with their brand and community goals. Previous in-kind partnerships have included product donations, equipment rentals, giveaways, and operational support for festival events.  By completing this form, you are expressing interest in sponsoring Kelowna Pride. A member of our team will review your submission and follow up to confirm details and finalize the sponsorship agreement. We look forward to working together to create another unforgettable Pride celebration.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting this sponsorship application, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to the following: • Submission of this application does not guarantee sponsorship approval. All sponsorships are subject to review and approval by Kelowna Pride Society. • Credit cards entered during the application process will not be charged until the sponsorship has been reviewed and formally approved. • Once a sponsorship is approved, the Kelowna Pride team will confirm the sponsorship details and process payment using the card provided, unless alternate payment arrangements are requested. • Sponsors who prefer to pay by cheque, direct deposit, or e-transfer may still select credit card at the end of the application process. For sponsorships Silver level and above, our team will contact you directly to arrange your preferred payment method. • Sponsorship benefits and recognition will begin once payment has been received and the sponsorship is confirmed. • Sponsors agree to provide logo files and marketing materials required for promotional use in a timely manner. Kelowna Pride cannot guarantee inclusion in promotional materials if assets are provided after production deadlines. • Sponsorship contributions are non-refundable once confirmed, unless otherwise agreed in writing. • Kelowna Pride Society reserves the right to decline, modify, or cancel sponsorships if the partnership conflicts with festival operations, sponsor agreements, or logistical requirements. • Kelowna Pride Society reserves the right to decline or terminate partnerships with organizations whose activities, messaging, or policies are inconsistent with the values of equity, inclusion, and respect for 2SLGBTQ+ communities.
