We expect this year's event to be our biggest yet, over 6,000 people throughout the day, and we are trying to increase the number of food options at the festival. We try to provide a range of different foods and when possible to ensure that we aren't duplicating offerings. We hope that you'll be able to join us. Celebrate 30 years of Kitsap Pride! Our festival thrives because of the heart and soul of our volunteers. As we mark this milestone anniversary, we invite you to help us celebrate, support, and unite the LGBTQIA+ community across Kitsap County. Your gift of time makes this event sustainable, memorable, and inclusive for everyone. Most shifts are 2 hours long. We encourage you to choose times that allow you to enjoy the festival at your own pace. Please sign up for your preferred time slots and activities. While we will do our best to match you with your top choices, final assignments will be sent out prior to the event. • Parking is available throughout the fairgrounds complex, a short walk from Gordon Field. • The Volunteer Check-in and Hospitality tent is located behind the Bar. • This is a large outdoor event. Kitsap Pride is currently accepting applications for our 30th Pride Festival. The festival will take place on Saturday, July 18, 2026, from 3 - 8 p.m. at the Kitsap County Fairgrounds in Bremerton, WA.

Completion of the application does not guarantee a spot in the entertainment line-up for the Kitsap Pride Festival. Performers will be notified of their performance status. If chosen to perform, there will be a contract emailed for the performer to sign.

Kitsap Pride Festival is a family-friendly atmosphere. We ask that your performances be kept PG13 to keep the material suitable for all audiences. If using music, please make sure that the lyrics are not the explicit version. No nudity is allowed in performances. Thank you for your understanding.

Please Note: Kitsap Pride will focus primarily on the best local/regional talent and does not cover travel and/or accommodation expenses for the festival. We may receive many applications and inquiries, and we are unable to accept any by walk-in, email, or phone. Unfortunately, due to the possibility of many submissions, we cannot accommodate every artist who applies.
