Vendors are responsible for keeping their areas clean and removing all waste before leaving. - **Product Quality & Pricing**: All products must be fresh, safe, and accurately represented. Prices must be clearly displayed. Vendors must comply with local health and safety regulations. - **Liability & Insurance**: Vendors participate at their own risk and are encouraged to carry appropriate insurance. The market is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damages. - **Code of Conduct**: Vendors must treat customers and fellow vendors with respect. Disruptive behavior, including harassment, is not tolerated and may result in removal from the market. - **Cancellations & Refunds**: No refunds will be provided for cancellations, weather-related closures, or missed markets.
