**Farmers Market Terms and Conditions** - **Vendor Eligibility**: All vendors must apply and receive approval before participating. Products must be locally grown, handmade, or produced by the vendor. Reselling commercial goods is not allowed. - **Market Hours & Setup**: Vendors must arrive early to complete setup at least 30 minutes before opening. Stalls must remain open for the entire market duration. Late arrivals and early departures may result in penalties. - **Booth Assignments**: Market management assigns vendor spaces. Vendors are responsible for keeping their areas clean and removing all waste before leaving. - **Product Quality & Pricing**: All products must be fresh, safe, and accurately represented. Prices must be clearly displayed. Vendors must comply with local health and safety regulations. - **Liability & Insurance**: Vendors participate at their own risk and are encouraged to carry appropriate insurance. The market is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damages. - **Code of Conduct**: Vendors must treat customers and fellow vendors with respect. Disruptive behavior, including harassment, is not tolerated and may result in removal from the market. - **Cancellations & Refunds**: No refunds will be provided for cancellations, weather-related closures, or missed markets. By participating in the farmers market, vendors agree to these terms.
