Welcome to the vendor application for the 2026 Two-Spirit Powwow, taking place on Saturday, August 29, 2026 in Kelowna.

The Two-Spirit Powwow is a meaningful and growing gathering that celebrates Indigenous culture, community, and Two-Spirit identity, bringing together community members, visitors, performers, and vendors for a day of connection, tradition, and celebration.

The event will feature drumming, dancing, cultural programming, community organizations, artisans, and local vendors, creating a vibrant and respectful space that uplifts Indigenous voices and Two-Spirit communities.

Our goal is to curate a diverse and welcoming vendor marketplace that highlights Indigenous artists, makers, businesses, and community organizations, while also welcoming aligned partners whose offerings reflect the spirit and values of the event.

This year we are introducing a new vendor application system. As with any new process, there may be a few bumps while we fine-tune things. We appreciate your patience and support as we continue improving the experience for vendors and guests alike.

Please note that food trucks and mobile food vendors will be managed through a separate application process and should not apply through this form.

We look forward to reviewing your application and gathering together for the 2026 Two-Spirit Powwow.
