We’re raising $5,000 to support honorariums for the dancers, drummers, and knowledge keepers who bring the Kelowna Two-Spirit Powwow to life on Saturday, June 13, 2026.
This Powwow is more than an event — it’s a gathering rooted in culture, identity, and community. It creates space to honour Two-Spirit people while uplifting Indigenous traditions through song, dance, and connection. The individuals who share their gifts are the heart of this gathering, and it’s essential that their time, energy, and cultural contributions are respected and supported.
Your contribution directly helps ensure that performers are properly honoured for the knowledge, artistry, and spirit they bring to the circle.

The Kelowna Two-Spirit Powwow is a powerful gathering that celebrates Indigenous culture, community, and the voices of Two-Spirit people.
Taking place on Saturday, June 13, 2026, this event brings together dancers, drummers, vendors, and community members for a day rooted in tradition, connection, and pride. The Powwow creates space to honour identity, uplift culture, and gather in a good way with community.
Grand Entry begins at 12:00 PM, marking the opening of the circle and setting the tone for the day’s celebrations.
Throughout the day, attendees can experience traditional dancing, drumming, cultural expression, and a vibrant marketplace of vendors and community organizations. Whether you are Indigenous, Two-Spirit, part of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, or an ally, all are welcome to attend respectfully and take part in this meaningful gathering.
