Juneteenth Black Food Truck Festival

Get ready to join us in celebrating the 6th Annual Juneteenth Black Food Truck Festival in Greensboro on Friday, June 19th, from 4 to 9 p.m.! Presented by the Cultural Relationships in Unity Cohort, this is an application to become a vendor at one of the LARGEST Juneteenth festivals in the Triad, drawing an audience of more than 15,000 people of all ages.

FOOD TRUCK VENDOR FEE

VENDOR INFORMATION 

You are not a vendor until you have been approved by the Vendor Coordinator/ Staff and have paid fees in full. All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Per the Guilford County Health Department, only permitted Mobile Food Units and permitted Hot Dog Carts are allowed to be mobile and vend food. Establishments with Restaurant Permits or Food Stand permits (both types of brick and mortar operations) are not permitted to set up and sell food outside of their brick and mortar location.

VENDOR INFORMATION 

You are not a vendor until you have been approved by the Vendor Coordinator/ Staff and have paid fees in full. All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Per the Guilford County Health Department, Food Table Vendors are responsible for providing permit and inspection information per the Guilford County Health Department (GCHD) prior to the event. If you are a low risk food vendor under the Department of Agricultural, you are exempt, but you will need to provide documentation.

We will not be accepting TFE Permitted Vendors as of 4/9/26.

All tents must be screened in on all sides, per Guilford County Health Department regulations, using flame-retardant materials meeting Fire Department codes. Greensboro Fire Marshals will be inspecting tents prior to start of the event. ONLY 10'w x 10'd tents are allowed.

We wil not be providing electricity.

ARTS & CRAFT VENDOR FEE

VENDOR INFORMATION 

You are not a vendor until you have been approved by the Vendor Coordinator/ Staff and have paid fees in full. All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

TABLES/TENTS/CHAIRS: Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tents, tables, and chairs. Vendors must also ensure that their tents are secured in case of wind; per Greensboro Fire Department (GFD), tents must be anchored to the ground with a 40 pound weight PER LEG for a total of 160lbs. GFD will require a sewn in label on the fabric or the manufacturer’s certification of flame treatment or the label from the product used to treat the material. Tarps are not an acceptable canopy.
