Arts &Craft Vendor App: Juneteenth Black Food Truck Festival Greensboro

Get ready to join us in celebrating the 6th Annual Juneteenth Black Food Truck Festival in Greensboro on Friday, June 19th, from 4 to 9 p.m.! Presented by the Cultural Relationships in Unity Cohort, this is an application to become a vendor at one of the largest Juneteenth festivals in the Triad, drawing an audience of more than 15,000 people of all ages.

VENDOR INFORMATION 

You are not a vendor until you have been approved by the Vendor Coordinator/ Staff and have paid fees in full. All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

TABLES/TENTS/CHAIRS: Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tents, tables, and chairs. Vendors must also ensure that their tents are secured in case of wind; per Greensboro Fire Department (GFD), tents must be anchored to the ground with a 40 pound weight PER LEG for a total of 160lbs. GFD will require a sewn in label on the fabric or the manufacturer’s certification of flame treatment or the label from the product used to treat the material. Tarps are not an acceptable canopy. 

This is a new process, but it'll make it easier for everyone once we've gone through it! Just fill out the application below and once your application has been approved, an electronic invoice will be automatically emailed to you. All you have to do is pay online! In filling out the application the portions with an asterisk must be filled out, the others don't have to be. Any vendors must be approved prior to festival.
