Food Table Vendor App: Juneteenth Black Food Truck Festival Greensboro

Get ready to join us in celebrating the 6th Annual Juneteenth Black Food Truck Festival in Greensboro on Friday, June 19th, from 4 to 9 p.m.! Presented by the Cultural Relationships in Unity Cohort, this is an application to become a vendor at one of the largest Juneteenth festivals in the Triad, drawing an audience of more than 15,000 people of all ages.

VENDOR INFORMATION 

You are not a vendor until you have been approved by the Vendor Coordinator/ Staff and have paid fees in full. All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Per the Guilford County Health Department, Food Table Vendors are responsible for providing permit and inspection information per the Guilford County Health Department (GCHD) prior to the event. If you are a low risk food vendor under the Department of Agricultural, you are exempt, but you will need to provide documentation.

We will not be accepting TFE Permitted Vendors as of 4/9/26.

All tents must be screened in on all sides, per Guilford County Health Department regulations, using flame-retardant materials meeting Fire Department codes. Greensboro Fire Marshals will be inspecting tents prior to start of the event. ONLY 10'w x 10'd tents are allowed.

We wil not be providing electricity. 

This is a new process, but it'll make it easier for everyone once we've gone through it! Just fill out the application below and once your application has been approved, an electronic invoice will be automatically emailed to you. All you have to do is pay online! In filling out the application the portions with an asterisk must be filled out, the others don't have to be. Any vendors must be approved prior to festival. Please note that FOOD TRUCK VENDOR APPLICATIONS closes Sunday MAY 3rd at 11:59 p.m.
