🎃 Jack O’Lantern Jamboree 2025 – Vendor Overview
October 24–25, 2025 | The Mill on Etowah | Canton, GA

Get ready for a frightfully fun weekend! Goin’ Social Events invites snack and craft vendors to be part of the Jack O’Lantern Jamboree, a two-day, family-friendly Halloween festival filled with fall-themed activities, trick-or-treating, live music, characters, and community fun.

Vendor Details:

  • Event Dates & Times:

    • Friday, October 24: 4 PM – 10 PM

    • Saturday, October 25: 12 PM – 8 PM

  • Set-Up: Begins a minimum of 2 hours before event start time. MUST be fully set up by event start time each day. 

  • Location: The Mill on Etowah, Canton, GA

  • Vendor Type: Craft and packaged snack vendors only (No food trucks or full meal vendors)

Ideal Vendors Include:

  • Fall and Halloween-themed crafts or gifts

  • Handmade jewelry, apparel, candles, and home décor

  • Pre-packaged snacks (popcorn, cotton candy, baked goods, etc.)

  • Seasonal treats and specialty items

  • Art, woodwork, accessories, and more!

⚠️ Please Note:

  • No food trucks or full meal services are permitted.

  • All vendors must provide their own tent, tables, and setup.

  • Electricity is extremely limited and not guaranteed – please inquire if needed.

  • Costumes and themed displays are highly encouraged to match the festive atmosphere!

This is a high-traffic event expected to draw families, local shoppers, and Halloween lovers of all ages. It’s a great opportunity to showcase your brand, connect with the community, and sell seasonal products in a fun, supportive environment.

Jack O'Lantern Jamboree 2025 – Attendee Terms & Conditions October 24–25, 2025 | The Mill on Etowah | Canton, GA Hosted by Goin’ Social Events By attending the Jack O’Lantern Jamboree 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Event Admission Admission to the event is free and open to the public. Tickets or entry may be required based on event specifics, and fees may apply for certain activities or attractions. 2. Health and Safety Guidelines By attending, you agree to comply with all event health and safety protocols, including any security checks, and other safety precautions that may be in place. Attendees are encouraged to follow guidelines for a safe and enjoyable event. Any behavior that threatens the safety of other attendees or violates event rules may result in removal from the event without refund. 3. Behavior and Conduct Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful manner. Disruptive, violent, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event. Goin' Social Events reserves the right to remove individuals from the event for any behavior deemed harmful, disruptive, or unsafe. Attendees should respect event staff, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, and fellow attendees. 4. Photography and Media By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, recorded, or filmed. These materials may be used for promotional purposes in event marketing, social media, or other communications. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform event staff upon arrival. 5. Food and Beverages Outside food or beverages may be prohibited unless explicitly permitted by event organizers (e.g., for medical reasons or special dietary restrictions). Food and beverage offerings will be available for purchase from designated vendors. 6. Event Cancellations or Changes In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including extreme weather conditions, Goin' Social Events reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event. If the event is canceled, attendees will be notified, and a refund or other compensatory option may be offered if applicable. No refunds will be issued for failure to attend the event. 7. Liability and Damages Goin' Social Events is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage to property, or theft that may occur during the event. Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goin' Social Events, The Mill on Etowah, vendors, and partners from any liability arising from their participation in the event. 8. Parking and Transportation Event parking may be available onsite or in nearby designated areas. Parking fees may apply. Goin’ Social Events is not responsible for any lost or damaged vehicles, and attendees are encouraged to use parking areas at their own risk. Attendees must follow parking rules and respect event signage. 9. Weather and Dress Code Jack O'Lantern Jamboree is a rain-or-shine event. Please check weather forecasts and dress appropriately for the conditions. Costumes are encouraged, but they must be family-friendly. Offensive or inappropriate costumes will not be allowed. 10. Prohibited Items The following items are prohibited at the event: Illegal substances, alcohol (unless purchased at event), and weapons. Items that may pose a danger or disrupt event activities. 11. Miscellaneous Goin’ Social Events reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions as needed. Attendees agree to comply with all other event-specific guidelines and policies as presented by event organizers. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
