About This Application This application allows food truck vendors to participate in "In a Food Truck Down by the River," a Sunday through Wednesday food truck program hosted by LaBelle Downtown Revitalization Corporation (LDRC) in Barron Park. What You're Applying For By submitting this application, you're requesting approval to operate your food truck on selected dates during our operating hours (11 AM - 8 PM) in Barron Park, located at 1559 De Soto Ave, LaBelle, FL 33935. Costs $25 application fee (charged upon approval) $30 per day for each date you select (charged upon approval) What You'll Need Before submitting, have your current DBPR License ready to upload. Parking Location Food trucks must park on the west side of the pavilion parking lot, specifically on the left side of the pavilion on the east side of the lot. Parking is required to be north of the pavilion. Before You Arrive Plan to arrive by 10:30 AM on your scheduled date Familiarize yourself with the parking area layout Upon Arrival Follow directions above to the designated parking area Park in the vendor space Position your truck to avoid blocking pedestrian or vehicle traffic During Operations Keep your truck in its assigned space during all operating hours (11 AM - 8 PM) Never leave your truck unattended Ensure all signage is secure and limited to three (3) flags/signs End of Day Complete all operations by 8:00 PM Remove your truck from the parking area by 8:30 PM Leave the area clean and free of debris Remove all trash and waste generated by your operations Questions? Parking Location 

Food trucks must park on the west side of the pavilion parking lot, specifically on the left side of the pavilion on the east side of the lot. Parking is recommended north of the pavilion—this area will be marked on the pavement.

 

Before You Arrive

Plan to arrive by 10:30 AM on your scheduled date
Familiarize yourself with the parking area layout

 

Upon Arrival

Follow directional signage to the designated parking area
Park in the marked vendor space
Position your truck to avoid blocking pedestrian or vehicle traffic

 

During Operations

Keep your truck in its assigned space during all operating hours (11 AM - 8 PM)
Never leave your truck unattended
Ensure all signage is secure and limited to three (3) flags/signs

 

End of Day

Complete all operations by 8:00 PM
Remove your truck from the parking area by 8:30 PM
Leave the area clean and free of debris
Remove all trash and waste generated by your operations

By applying to participate in Food Trucks by the River, I agree to the following: Fees & Refunds - I understand that the $25 application fee is nonrefundable and does not guarantee a spot. - I understand that the $25 application fee will be charged upon approval of my application and that the daily participation fees of $30 per day will be processed in a single charge at the time of approval, based on the number of dates confirmed by the LDRC. - No refunds will be issued any reason except in the rare event of LDRC-initiated closure due to extreme weather (hurricane, tornado warning, or similar National Weather Service emergency declaration), in which case a free replacement date will be provided. Operating Rules - I will park on the west side of the pavilion parking lot, specifically on the left side of the pavilion on the east side of the lot, north of the pavilion in the marked area. - I will not block pedestrian or vehicle traffic. - I will limit signage to three (3) flags/signs. - I will not connect to City of LaBelle utilities. - I will not provide additional seating. - I will not create excessive noise. - I will never leave my food truck unattended during operating hours. - I will remove all trash, waste, and litter generated by my operations. Compliance - I will maintain all required permits and licenses, including a valid DBPR license which I will upload upon approval. - I will maintain liability insurance as specified and upload documentation before participating. - I will sign the required Liability Waiver & Hold Harmless Agreement before participation. Professional Conduct - I will treat LDRC staff, volunteers, patrons, and other vendors with respect. - I understand that abusive language or behavior will result in immediate removal and termination of participation. Liability Release - I acknowledge that participation is at my own risk. - I agree to release and hold harmless the LaBelle Downtown Revitalization Corporation, the City of LaBelle, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from my participation. Right to Removal LDRC reserves the right to require any vendor to cease operations and leave Barron Park immediately for any reason, including but not limited to: - Violation of these guidelines or terms and conditions - Unsafe food preparation or equipment operation - Abusive language or disrespectful behavior toward staff, volunteers, patrons, or other vendors - Non-compliance with health, safety, or licensing requirements - Any activity deemed unsafe, unlawful, or contrary to the interests of the event Vendors removed for violations will forfeit any remaining daily fees and may be permanently banned from future participation.
