By attending or participating as a vendor at Hillsboro Card Fest, you agree to the following terms and conditions. General Rules * Treat all attendees, vendors, staff, and the venue with respect. * Follow all instructions given by event staff and security. * Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. * Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. Hillsboro Card Fest is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.Safety * This is a family-friendly event. Disorderly, aggressive, threatening, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. * No fighting, harassment, discrimination, or abusive language toward attendees, vendors, or staff. * No running inside the venue.* Please use caution in the parking area and follow all directions from parking attendants. * In case of an emergency, immediately notify event staff or unterfeit & Prohibited Items * The sale, trade, or display of counterfeit, fake, altered, or intentionally misrepresented items is strictly prohibited. * Any vendor or attendee found knowingly selling counterfeit or fraudulent merchandise will be: * Immediately removed from the event. * Banned from all future Hillsboro Card Fest events. * Subject to notification of the appropriate authorities if applicable. * Vendors are responsible for ensuring all merchandise is authentic and accurately represented. Alcohol & Drug Policy * Hillsboro Card Fest is a family-friendly event * Anyone who is visibly intoxicated or under the influence of illegal drugs may be denied entry or removed from the event without refund. * Illegal drug use or possession is strictly prohibited and may be reported to law enforcement. Transactions * All purchases, sales, and trades are conducted between the buyer and seller. * Hillsboro Card Fest is not responsible for disputes between attendees and vendors. * Buyers are encouraged to inspect items carefully before completing any transaction. Photography & Media * By entering the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes by Hillsboro Card Fest. * If you prefer not to appear in promotional media, please notify event staff. Right to Refuse Service Hillsboro Card Fest reserves the right to: * Refuse admission to anyone. * Remove any attendee or vendor for violating these terms, engaging in unsafe behavior, disrupting the event, selling counterfeit merchandise, or failing to follow staff instructions. * Remove individuals without refund when necessary to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests.
