Join us for our first shows and help us build something special for the community in Hillsboro/Cornelius
Table Rates:
- 1 Table for $50 (6ftTable & 2 Chairs)
- 2 Tables for $80 (6ftTable & 2 Chairs Each)
Vendor is allowed 1 Guest with purchase of a table.
Vendor Set Up Time: 9am to 11am
Clean Up Time: 5pm to 6pm
Once you arrive, there will be a check in table at the entrance where you will be given your wrist bands and table number. Feel free to reach out with any questions!

Prices
| Single booth | $50.00 | Non-refundable | By purchasing a vendor space and participating in Hillsboro Card Fest, all vendors agree to the following policies: ?️ Vendor Space * Each vendor space includes one 6-foot table and two chairs. * Each vendor is permitted one additional guest/helper at no additional charge. * Vendors must remain within their assigned space and may not interfere with neighboring vendor spaces. * Tables and displays must remain organized and professional throughout the event. * Walkways, entrances, exits, and emergency exits must remain clear at all times. ⏰ Setup & Event Hours * Vendor setup begins at 9:00 AM. * Vendors should arrive with enough time to be completely set up before doors open to the public at 11:00 AM. * Vendors are required to remain set up until the event ends at 5:00 PM, unless prior approval to leave early has been received from Hillsboro Card Fest staff. * Vendors may not begin packing up early without approval. ? Payments & Refunds * ALL VENDOR SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS. * If you are unable to attend, it is your responsibility to find a replacement vendor for your space. * Any replacement must be reported to and approved by Hillsboro Card Fest before the event. * Failure to attend does not qualify for a refund or credit toward a future event. ? Merchandise & Personal Property * Vendors are fully responsible for their own merchandise, cash, equipment, displays, and personal belongings. * Hillsboro Card Fest and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged merchandise or property. * Vendors should never leave valuable merchandise or cash unattended. ? Counterfeit Merchandise * Counterfeit, fake, stolen, or knowingly misrepresented merchandise is strictly prohibited. * Any vendor caught selling or attempting to trade counterfeit merchandise may be immediately removed from the event and permanently banned from future Hillsboro Card Fest events. * No refund will be provided if a vendor is removed for violating event policies. ? Vendor Conduct Vendors are expected to treat customers, other vendors, staff, security, and venue personnel respectfully. Harassment, fighting, threatening behavior, excessive disruption, or visibly intoxicated behavior will not be tolerated. Hillsboro Card Fest reserves the right to remove any vendor who violates event policies or creates an unsafe or disruptive environment. Removal due to a policy violation will not result in a refund. |

| Food Vendor Table | $30.00 | Non-refundable | This is an application to reserve a Food Vendor Table. You will be on our outdoor patio. We recommend you get a canopy as it will be sunny! You will need to bring your own table. We are able to provide a table and canopy if needed but it will be at an additional cost. Send us a message and we will provide the needed supplies. Vendor MUST be set up by 11am! You are responsible for making your station look presentable and neat. PLEASE make sure you pick up all your trash! |
