This event is designed for moms, caregivers, grandparents, seniors, and women seeking encouragement, connection, personal growth, wellness resources, and opportunities to prioritize themselves.This is not a traditional vendor event. It is a curated wellness experience featuring inspiring speakers, educational conversations, wellness demonstrations, self-care services, community resources, and carefully selected businesses that support healthier, happier lifestyles.Our goal is to create a welcoming, uplifting, and professional environment where attendees can relax, recharge, discover resources, and connect with businesses community connectionOverall event needsShop and Stroll Markets reserves the right to limit vendor categories to maintain a balanced and meaningful experience for attendees.The Organizer reserves the right to deny, decline, or remove any vendor, speaker, sponsor, or participant who does not meet event standards or professional expectations.APPROVED VENDOR CATEGORIESHer Next Chapter welcomes Markets prior to participation.PROHIBITED ITEMS & SERVICESThe following are not permitted:Counterfeit merchandiseCopyrighted or trademarked products without proper authorizationIllegal products or servicesMisleading health claimsProducts or services that are unsafe or inappropriate for attendeesAI-generated products represented as handmade or original creationsShop and Stroll Markets reserves the right to remove any product, display, or vendor that does not align with the purpose and atmosphere of the event.SPEAKERS, PROFESSIONALS & WELLNESS SERVICESHer Next Chapter welcomes qualified professionals who wish to educate, encourage, and support attendees.Potential topics may include:Mental health and emotional wellnessStress management and burnout preventionSelf-care without guiltConfidence and self-worthHealthy relationships and boundariesCaregiver wellnessGrief and life transitionsHealthy agingNutrition and movementFinancial wellnessMindfulness and personal growthWomen's health and wellnessSpeaker and presentation opportunities are limited and require approval.All speakers, educators, and wellness professionals must provide accurate information and represent their qualifications honestly.VENDOR PROMOTION REQUIREMENTSAccepted vendors agree to help promote the event.Vendors agree to:Share official event graphics when providedInvite customers, family, friends, and community membersPromote their participation through social media when possibleProvide business information and photos if requestedAllow Shop and Stroll Markets to use vendor names, logos, booth photos, and promotional materials for event marketing purposes without compensationSuccessful events require teamwork between organizers, vendors, speakers, sponsors, and community partners.VENDOR SPACE & SETUPThis is an INDOOR EVENT located at:Mebane Community Arts CenterMebane, NCInside the GymVendor space details will be provided upon acceptance.Each vendor space may include:One 6-foot table spaceOne chairVendors are responsible for providing:Table coveringBusiness signageDisplay materialsAny required equipment or suppliesDisplays must remain within the assigned vendor area and may not block aisles, exits, or neighboring vendors.Additional spaces may be available with approval.Electricity and Wi-Fi are not guaranteed.EVENT SCHEDULEVendor Setup:Time will be announced closer to the event date.Event Hours:10:00 AM – 3:00 PMBreakdown:Begins immediately after the event concludes.Vendors must remain open and operational for the entire event unless approved by Shop and Stroll Markets.Early breakdown is not permitted.Late arrival without prior approval may result in forfeiture of vendor space and fees.REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICYAll vendor fees, sponsorship fees, and participation fees are:Non-refundableNon-transferableNo refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued due to:Vendor cancellationLow attendancePoor salesPersonal scheduling conflictsWeatherVenue changesSchedule changesEmergenciesPublic safety concernsFORCE MAJEUREShop and Stroll Markets and Her Next Chapter shall not be responsible for cancellations, delays, changes, or modifications caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:Severe weatherNatural disastersGovernment restrictionsVenue closuresPublic safety concernsEmergenciesUtility failuresOther unforeseen circumstancesVendor understands these circumstances are outside the Organizer's control.Vendor fees remain non-refundable.CHARGEBACK POLICYBy submitting payment, Vendor acknowledges that all payments are final.Vendor agrees not to initiate:ChargebacksPayment disputesUnauthorized payment claimsAny vendor who initiates a chargeback may be prohibited from future Shop and Stroll Markets events.The Organizer reserves the right to pursue unpaid fees and related costs.LIABILITYVendor assumes responsibility for:Personal injuryProperty damageTheftLost merchandiseDamage to displays or equipmentShop and Stroll Markets, Her Next Chapter, Mebane Community Arts Center, venue staff, volunteers, sponsors, and partners are not responsible for loss, theft, injury, or damage occurring before, during, or after the event.INSURANCEInsurance is the responsibility of each vendor if they choose to obtain coverage.Event insurance does not cover:Vendor productsMerchandiseDisplaysEquipmentPersonal propertyProduct-related claimsPROFESSIONAL CONDUCTVendors, speakers, sponsors, and participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful environment.Immediate removal without refund may occur for:HarassmentDiscriminationAggressive behaviorDisruptive conductFailure to follow event instructionsConduct inconsistent with the mission of Her Next ChapterCOMPLIANCE WITH LAWSVendors are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, permits, licenses, and regulations.This includes:North Carolina sales tax requirementsBusiness licensing requirementsHealth department requirementsProfessional licensing requirementsFood, health, beauty, and wellness providers must comply with all applicable regulations.NO VERBAL AGREEMENTSNo verbal statements, promises, or agreements made by Shop and Stroll Markets, event staff, volunteers, sponsors, or venue partners shall modify these Terms & Conditions.Only written agreements approved by Shop and Stroll Markets are considered ERNING LAWThis agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.Any legal action arising from this agreement shall be filed within the appropriate courts of North Carolina.SEVERABILITYIf any portion of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.AGREEMENTBy submitting an application and payment, Vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Vendor Terms & Conditions.Submission of an application and payment
