About the event
Fandom Charities Inc.® is excited to announce the return of the HellmouthCon, a global fandom event, set for June 14-15 2025, at Torrance High School, the filming location for "Buffy the Vampire Slayer." This event symbolizes a mystical convergence of fandom cultures.

A melting pot of fandoms, the HellmouthCon blends education and entertainment across books, comics, TV, movies, technology, steampunk, and more.

This year, the HellmouthCon continues its tradition of supporting worthy charities:
* The Trevor Project: The Trevor Project is the leading suicide prevention and crisis intervention nonprofit organization for LGBTQ+ young people. They provide information & support to LGBTQ+
young people 24/7, all year round.
* PanCan: PanCAN's vision is to create a world in which all patients with pancreatic cancer will thrive. Their mission is to take bold action to improve the lives of everyone impacted by pancreatic cancer by advancing scientific research, building community, sharing knowledge, and advocating for patients. https://pancan.org/
* The Ron Glass Memorial Scholarship Fund: Part of The Al Wooten Jr. Youth Center which fosters a safe, nurturing environment for academic excellence and good citizenship, preparing youths in grades 3-12 for college and career readiness. www.wootencenter.org

The student parking lot at Torrance High School will be available to use on Saturday and part of Sunday, as well as the surrounding streets. If you do park on the street, be sure to check all signs for parking restrictions and limitations.

Welcome to The Hellmouth Convention 2025 Team Member Application. If the applicant will be under the age of 18 on June 14th 2025, a parent or guardian must complete this application on their behalf. Applicants under the age of 18 must also be accompanied by a parent or guardian who has been approved to volunteer as well the entire time they are at the convention.

Fandom Charities goal is to provide more Fan Run events which are created, hosted, and run by fans just like you. We are an entirely volunteer run group, and all money raised by and donated to Fandom Charities goes back into our events to help pay to put them on.
Terms & Conditions
While the campus is normally open to the public on weekends, you MUST have a convention badge/wristband to be able to access any of the campus, including areas not being used by our event. Some special events (such as fan experiences) will require both a ticket to the convention as well as a separate ticket for said event, and will be clearly marked as needed another ticket.
