This application is for exhibitors and activities ONLY. If you are a Food Vendor, please use the Food Vendor application instead. Vendor products MUST be in line with the theme in some way. Tarot card readers, horror artists, mask-makers, face painters, taxidermists, scary snack vendors, SFX face painting, scary jewelers, gothic clothing sales, sword swallowing, and any other odd, creepy, or Halloween-related booths are acceptable.
- Booths are outdoor and either 10' x 10' (you can purchase more than 1) or a table space in a pavilion.
- Tables and chairs are not included - BRING YOUR OWN
- You are allowed to share your booth with other vendors, but they must apply separately and also pay the application fee (all fees will go toward your booth rental if accepted). Please read the booth sharing descriptions carefully before choosing this option.
- Vendors are allowed up to two helpers. Any additional people must purchase an event ticket.
- This is a rain or shine event!
- You may access and review the Vendor Agreement, Code of Conduct, and Liability Waiver that you will be signing in this application on the "Forms" page at hauntfest.net. The Vendor Agreement will be your "Vendor Syllabus" for the event and should include all relevant vendor information besides your specific booth placements.
Do you own an unusually antique or haunted car? A hearse? Or do you simply love cars and want to dress yours up for Halloween? You have come to the right place!
Â
There will be no charge for the space, HOWEVER, you must follow the rules listed below and we can only host a maximum of 5 cars per day for the show. We would like to also make this a trunk-or-treat opportunity for kids, so please bring candy! You will receive one free general admission pass for each day your car is being shown. Any additional attendees must purchase an event ticket.Â
Â
Rules:
1. You must park your car in your designated spot during vendor load-in and leave it until the end of the festival.

2. Your car absolutely MUST be themed. Dress it up if you have to! There will be a vetting process during the application, but if you submit a picture of your very normal car dressed in Halloween garb and your car shows up NAKED, you are dead meat. Obviously some cars like hearses can pass regardless.

3. Bring candy for a trunk or treat!

4. Not a requirement, but we encourage folks to dress up! Anything to add to the theme will make the fest just that more magical.
Â
This is an electronic agreement and by completing this application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
Food Vendors MUST be in line with the theme in some way, whether it is the theme of your business (i.e. Grindhouse Killer Burgers) or you incorporate Halloween decor. Decorating your truck or tent is always encouraged.
Â
- Food Truck spaces are outdoor and 10' x 20'. Food Tent spaces are also outdoor and 10' x 10'.
- Tables, chairs, and tents for vendors are not included - BRING YOUR OWN
- Vendors are allowed up to two helpers. Any additional attendees must purchase an event ticket.
- FOR THIS EVENT ONLY, there are 1-2 spots with power access. Otherwise, you must bring your own generator. See Section II.(a) in the Vendor Agreement for details.
Unlike your normal camping experience, our Night Terrors camping space is reserved for those who don't mind the terrors that creep from the woods. During the monsters' feeding time from midnight to 2am, a camper may experience some... unusual visitors. Only choose this camping experience if you can handle the Night Terrors on Saturday night. The monsters may not be able to keep their hands to themselves after midnight...
Â
This campground is called Broad Pioneer. You will be camping on the same site with others who have reserved this experience. Bring your own tent, but tents for different groups may be near each other. Amenities at this site will be shared. This is the only camping experience that can be reserved through HauntFest. Please check in at the HauntFest Ticket booth for this experience, but follow all Bobby Brown Park rules and regulations. A community fire ring, picnic tables, trash cans, and waterless toilet are provided. There is no water or power in this pioneer campground.
