Application Fee $15.00 Non-refundable There is a $15 non-refundable application fee that is charged upon submission. The application fee will go toward your total booth rental if accepted. If you choose the "Split Booth" option with one or more vendors, each vendor's application fee will go toward the total rental. Please select the correct split payment option.
Outlet $20.00 Non-refundable First-come-first-serve.
Concession Stand $200.00 Non-refundable Choose this option if you would like to rent the concession stand for the weekend. This is a large indoor space with appliances, air conditioning, and eating tables.
Non-Profit 501c3 Vendor $0.00 Non-refundable Only select this option if you are a non-profit organization or providing a free activity for the festival (must be approved in advance). Nonprofits are REQUIRED to submit proof of their 501c3 nonprofit status (i.e. IRS determination letter) in the legal forms section to be considered for non-profit vendor pricing. If you do not have an IRS determination letter, upload your Certificate of Filing from the Secretary of State, which must state the name of your organization as a Domestic Nonprofit Corporation.
Food Tent (10'x10') $85.00 Non-refundable Food tent booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Outdoor, rain or shine. Tents/tables/chairs not included. $100 - $15 app fee = $85 remaining The remainder of the booth rental will be charged upon approval of your application.
Food Truck/Trailer/Double Tent (10'x20') $160.00 Non-refundable Double booth space is 20 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Outdoor, rain or shine. Tents/tables/chairs not included. Two 10x10 booths: $100 x 2 = $200 -> $25 off = $175 $175 - $15 app fee = $160 remaining The remainder of the booth rental will be charged upon approval of your application.
Food Tent (10'x10') - "Split Dates" Booth Sharing $60.00 Non-refundable Booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Outdoor, rain or shine. Tents/tables/chairs not included. Single Day Fee = $75 Per Vendor $75 - $15 app fee = $60 The remainder of the booth rental will be charged upon approval of your application.
Food Tent (10'x10') - "Split Booth" Booth Sharing $35.00 Non-refundable Booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Outdoor, rain or shine. Tents/tables/chairs not included. $100 - $15 app fee (Vendor 1) - $15 app fee (Vendor 2) = $70 remaining $70 split between 2 vendors = $35 each **Split between 3 vendors offered upon request. Please email hauntfestofficial@gmail.com for this option. The remainder of the booth rental will be charged upon approval of your application.
Food Truck/Trailer/Double Tent (10'x20') - "Split Dates" Booth Sharing $135.00 Non-refundable Double booth space is 20 feet wide and 10 feet deep. Outdoor, rain or shine. Tents/tables/chairs not included. Single Day Fee = $150 Per Vendor (10'x20') $150 - $15 app fee = $135 The remainder of the booth rental will be charged upon approval of your application.
